Today was the day we have been waiting for.
If you have read my previous blog posts about my physical therapy and about my up coming vet appointment you know what today was all about.
We took some new x-rays of my hips to see how they look, the last x-ray we did was in January. The arthritis has gotten worse, not allot worse but you can see the difference.
My veterinarian Ole Frykman is the best in this area and he really knows how to explain it so almost even I can understand the hooman language.
So today they decided that I will have surgery, they will make a hip prosthetic for me to replace my ordinary hip on the left side. The surgery will be done in the beginning of 2017, so now we have to start save money because it’s really expensive but my hoomans thinks I’m worth it. It’s a huge operation and mom said that we wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t our only option.
So I think we are excited about the future, hopefully the surgery will go great and if it does I will be able to run of leash and play with my friends again! <3
